We understand the principles of the importance of a correct bike position for you to improve your riding comfort and performance.
Knowledge
As a Physio we are able to assess you and your bike biomechanics. We have studied bike positioning and pedalling technique.
Pedalling Technique
We will improve your pedalling action by showing you proper technique.
Frame fit
If we need to modify or change any existing parts to your bike, we have a close relationship with local bike shops, who can give advice on these parts to ensure your new position is comfortable and efficient.
Report
We will provide a report to you on your biomechanical assessment findings and the correction strategies for any identified biomechanical problems.
Your final ideal bike position geometry is measured and noted for you.
What to bring?
- Your bike in good mechanical order
- Cycling shoes with clean cleats
- Cycling shorts and socks
- Please allow up to 90min for a bike assessment for one bike.
